Where are Power Lab bootcamp classes located?

Greenlake Park! Our boot camp classes are held at Greenlake Park in North Seattle and easily accessible from HWY 99 and I-5. Neighborhoods within a 5-10 minute drive of our location: Maple Leaf, Phinney Ridge, Wedgewood, Thornton Creek, Ravenna, U-District, Northgate, Laurelhurst, Lake City, North Capitol Hill, Greenwood, Sand Point, Queen Anne, Fremont, Eastlake, South Lake Union, Belltown, Ballard, Montlake, Sunset Hill, Crown Hill, Blue Ridge and South Shoreline.

One-on-one nutrition coaching proven to create greater weight loss and overall improvement in fitness throughout a 4 week session with us. This optional, private tele-coaching service is free of judgment (whatever you perceive as your “bad” habits, we’ve been there!) and packed with info that can make an immediate difference toward achieving your goals.

Continued Savings:

After you’ve attended Boot Camp as a new participant, you can come back to camp anytime using the returning member program. As a returning member you will receive reduced pricing on workouts and services and the ability to build your own workout schedule by-the-day during each four week session.

Fall seasons in Seattle
Expect temperatures during the early fall season between 40-55 degrees. Plan ahead to wear comfortable clothes and to dress in layers for optimum comfort. Consider bringing along a light rain layer for the occasional in-class Seattle drizzle.

Helpful Tips:

  • Opt for synthetic or synthetic blend layers for wicking sweat and maintaining warmth on cooler mornings.
  • Wear pants that stop at the ankle or above to avoid moisture transfer from puddles or dewy grass.
  • Hat and glove options are recommended during fall and winter season sessions.
